Planning starts with what the business cannot lose
We start from the business side rather than the technical one: which systems and data would stop you trading, and how long could you tolerate being without them? Those two answers set how often things are backed up and what the recovery approach needs to look like. Everything else follows from there.

Where we maintain your infrastructure, backups are covered by the same proactive monitoring and preventative maintenance approach we apply to the rest of your core network — so a failure surfaces while it is still a maintenance task and not a crisis.

How do we know our current backup actually works?
That is exactly what an assessment is for. We look at what is running, how far back it reaches, where it is stored, and whether a restore has ever been proven. You get a straight answer about where you stand.
Do you offer offsite or online backup?
Yes. Keeping a copy away from the premises is the part most on-site-only setups are missing, and it is what protects you against fire, theft and hardware loss.
Is this only for large companies?
No. We work with micro, small, medium and large businesses, and scale the approach to the client's needs and budget. A very small business often has the most to lose and the least protection in place.
